As the lead Art Director for their ambitious redesign initiative, I revamped WhoWhatWhy’s brand by building sustainable design solutions to completely rework their logo, UI/UX experience, and social media presence. Launched in 2021, this total brand redesign comes with a creative + marketing rollout strategy that will help elevate the brand to the highest aspirations of their mission. WhoWhatWhy wants to do journalism differently, and I helped lead and develop a design that will cultivate that vision.
On a day-to-day basis my role wore many hats—tracking and managing creative projects between our creative team, meeting with various stakeholders across different departments to address their needs, daily collaborations between the Marketing department to fit their vision for a cohesive brand voice—all while translating ambitious ideas into tangible design solutions.
